I've taken yoga here and there for the last 16 years. I decided to try the 10 class pass and every instructor was great. Then I took Gale's class and was blown away. She guides the class through challenging poses in a way that gives confidence and courage to someone like me that has never attempted the movements. Best yoga class I've taken

I've been to multiple other studios and this is by far the best yoga studio in MA. I am from the South Shore and I travel 35-40 minutes to practice at Universal Power Yoga. The welcoming and experienced instructors, the uplifting community, and the variety of class times are awesome. I really never found a studio I wanted to stick with until this one. After every class you will leave feeling enriched in mind and body. I love it and always say it's worth the drive! I can't wait to bring my friends with me.

What a wonderful facility filled with such amazing and welcoming teachers. This was my first time doing yoga and I had a blast. Highly recommend this studio for all levels!! Definitely going back!!

Wonderful studio with friendly, welcoming teachers. I love that they have a wide range of classes offered, from mommy and me, beginners, to experts and more and a stacked schedule so you are always able to fit in a class with a busy schedule. I absolutely love Universal Power Yoga! I have taken classes with many of the teachers and have loved every one. The classes are consistent with a Vinyasa base and each teacher adds in a bit of their unique personalities. Between the students and the teachers, Jen Merola Palmer, the owner, has created an incredible community. I highly recommend this studio.
