Trainers are great, Amazing high energy workouts. Trainers are always willing to help and answer any questions you have. Everyone makes you feel like you’ve always been apart of the club. Title Norwood is the best. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout and a fun time.

Shoppers beware! Unless you want to pay a monthly fee for the rest of your life, consider alternatives. I asked to cancel my membership months ago and the owner is still charging me the monthly fee. Even after he agreed to cancel my membership, he continues to charge me. The owner is not to be trusted. He lied to me several times.
Title boxing in Norwood is awesome! From the moment I started they made both me and my family feel so welcomed. Their workouts are an awesome mixture of fitness and boxing technique with instructors who are always willing to take private time to help you when needed. They push you to your limits and I always feel amazing after my workouts! Every class is different with different styles of instruction but a great workout is always a guarantee. Whether you are looking to get more in shape, tone up boxing techniques, or just try something new I would 100% try Title boxing!
This gym is my happy place. The trainers are incredible and they each bring something different to the workouts. The personal training is incredible as well. Staff and other members are welcoming. The gym is always clean!! You will love it here.
