My son started going here last winter, he loved it. It keeps him busy and he’s never been in better shape than now. I joined myself recently, and in my experience it’s the best gym I’ve ever joined. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Highly recommend.
Very happy with Dave, the hockey trainer. He's great with kids and adults. Very knowledgeable and conscientious. He was able to work with us and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend.
Love this gym- all the trainers are very nice and dedicated to helping you succeed in all your training and work out sessions! They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and accommodate your needs! By far one of the best gyms I have belonged too!
great experience to have been going here for a really long time. Every hour I’ve spent on the treadmill, gym, or turf has translated to the playing field for whatever sport I might be participating in at that time. The trainers push me to be my best each and everytime I step in the facility and because of that I have become a much better athlete.
The trainers here are awesome!! They push me to be the best I can be. Really fun environment too
