I'm new to Carolina so I do not have the same connection where I'm from. So dealing with someone I can trust is important. The people here were very friendly and hospitable. Brought my car in and was told they would follow up with me that afternoon. Did not hear back. Called to check after a few days, and was told they were still researching the part. Never heard back. Received a call a couple of weeks later and was told they read my review and there was no ETA on when they can get the part. Communication was not good. My issue was never resolved with my car. Back to square one.
