Everything is excellent, especially when the gym is not crowded. I wish the pool could be deeper and larger.nIf you are looking for a personal trainer - Brian Dwyer is the best, highly recommended!
Good people in a good place
I really have to commend the General Manager here. I listened to a lady birate him because her family and her decide to work out before coming to the pool and the pool went on a wait list because they were at capacity. The GM was very pleasant even though the guest was being very unrealistic. I'm not sure how much more the manager could have done to communicate as you get a push notification if the pool is at capacity to your AP and to your email. After she spent a good 20 minutes yelling at the guy in front her kids and our kids they swam for 5 minutes and then left. They kids look mortified.
I cancelled a membership over a year ago and they were still charging me. When I called to discuss this they were clueless. They wouldn’t refund my money back, and I have proof that I called. Heard they do this a lot. Gym is not worth a single penny. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. They have been losing a lot of members already. Should be going out of business any day. Never going back there again
With COVID-19 going on, you’d think that this gym would be overly cautious of individuals attending the gym to wear their mask and keep 6 foot distance. Well that’s DEFINITELY not the case. In fact the general manager was literally allowing some random woman to yell about a machine not working literally with no mask on not even a foot away from my son who also was working out with no mask on due to being able to work out with no mask AS LONG AS YOU’RE 6 feet away. He then let’s her workout literally next to my son still with no mask and not 6 feet. I go to speak with him, no apology given and he acts oblivious to even seeing the woman not have a mask on. You spend hundreds of dollars on this gym per month for this bs? Don’t do it.
