Enough machines to workout. Never have to wait. Open 24 hours after getting the membership. Good for a regularly irregular person like me! :P
So glad this place exists! I hardly ever felt intimated as a newcomer in this gym, and appreciated the whole experience/cleanliness of it all.
Not 24hrs access as advertised, only purchased a membership for that reason, they changed the hours citing that the state has passed some new law, however no evidence of yhis is found on any of the states websites. Staff is very rude, I'll be looking for another gym soon
DO NOT sign up here they'll get you with all the fees and even though they're 24 hours, they still have business hours. So if you go after there is no staff. They make it real easy for you to sign up online, but you have to cancel in person, which I feel like if you're offering 24 hr service there should be someone there 24 hrs to be of service. A lot of hidden fees make sure you read the contract real well and hire a lawyer in case.nn24 Family Fitness in stoughton has someone there 24/7 last I knew. Try other places. This is NOT worth your time or money!
Bad customer service, distrustful management, not worth the price!nnThe gym is only 24/7 with the premium membership for $31/month. Otherwise you can only use the gym during staffed hours which is till 8pm during the week and 12pm on weekends....ridiculous!!nnThe equipment is very dated and not worth their membership prices so I went in to cancel. The lady became extremely rude and gave me attitude after I told her I wanted to cancel my membership. She told me I was locked into a 1yr contract and withheld the $99 cancellation fee option until after I asked
