I did online filing thought it would be more convenient because we have a one year old daughter. Did not realize nor did it state anywhere that it was gonna cost more than normal. Our taxes this year costed us $460 when last year our taxes were around $250. This was a shock and will not return next year to do my taxes.

Sheila was very informative and maximized my return as much as possible in a short time. The young lady at the front desk helped me get my forms filled out and spoke clearly. I appreciate the young lady at the front desk and Sheila for their time. I will be back to file for next year.

I loved getting my taxes done at H&R Block they were very helpful they went over everything with me every detail they had me double-check everything I signed before I even signed it there was a couple of questions I forgot to ask when I was sitting there so I called the lady that worked with me she called me back right away answered all of my questions they took very good precaution when it comes to safety of others and yourself when it comes to covid you have to wear a mask you have to make sure you put hand sanitizer on before you can walk back they have the windows separating you and the employee all of them that helped me were very sweet kind respectful I definitely recommend H&R Block
