Quick Lane at Mooresville Ford

Hello everyone that reads this, I went to Ford with my brother and they had fast service and good prices.

We used this service for our last oil change which went without a hitch and wonderfully. We scheduled a service appointment through the website that was set for a Saturday at 7:30am, got an email that confirmed it. My husband arrived to be told they don't open until 8, after showing the staff the confirmation for 7:30, they just shrugged their shoulders and kept the door locked. It would have been a very different situation if professionalism was shown, but now we won't use this location again. There could've been some kind of apology for the site scheduling being out of date or consideration for the misunderatanding.

Great people great service.

My second time to Mooresville ford. The friendliest people and the service is the Greatest.
