Average McD, usual Mooresville wait
Been there 4 times and every time I get my order wrong. Last time I asked for extra pickles on my chicken sandwich. I got the sandwich, paper on it taped stating double checked. I drove off, got ready to eat it.. One pickle.. So I guess they started giving half a pickle on each sandwich. But at I said, 4 visits, 4 messed up orders.. Good luck if you go.
I arrived at 10:30 am and ordered breakfast, they asked me to park and wait for my food. I waited a long time, asked about my food and was told it had been thrown away. The manager did her best to make things right, her name was Miss Kathy, she said the kitchen staff would be retrained about throwing away food. She gave me an apple frittata and was very nice.
Good food. Employees doing their very best. Friendly. It would help Employees if we could start going in.
Hot and fresh food. Friendly staff. Just a little slow on service but it is a busy location.
