I got here at around 7:50 ordered two small drinks and a cake pop. I saw the drive through-line out back was long so I went inside. The cashier was really friendly and took my order. I had multiple people order after me though with larger orders than I did and they received there drinks etc no problem. After waiting for 20 minutes an employee came out and he then explained why there was a huge hold up which I understood. What I found rude was how he proceeded to give everyone coupons for the inconvenience then skipped me even though I had been there the longest. Somewhat disorganized hopefully next time the experience is better.

Still drive-thru only and did not have my order even thought it was featured products. Had to take a substitute on our drinks and bake good. Then didn't even offer at least a discount. One of the few times I will even list something under 4 stars.

Google says that it’s open and the drive-through has hours of operation which I was there during the correct time. It’s a Wednesday and there was no indication that it was supposed to be closed. The lights are on inside but no one was answering at the drive-through. Lots of frustrated people. I understand that things happen and you have to close but at least put a sign out so people aren’t waiting in the drive-through. The store is also one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. The people are very friendly, Which is great, but just know that on days that it is open it will be very slow and on days that it should be open it may not be open and there’s no signage. This is not the first time it’s happened. I just wish they would set a sign out for all of us who are wasting time sitting in a drive-through.

This store is right by my house which would be very convenient if it was not closed most of the time. I have gone to the website it clearly says it’s open and then you drive to it and it’s closed like today today is December 19, 2020 clearly says that it’s open and you drive up And there is a sign that says closed Saturday and Sunday are you kidding me. This is like the six or seven time that the store has been closed with no notice no nothing. I think the store should permanently close

Never had an issue with my drinks but this is the second time this week they have been closed at an odd time. Online it says they are open. Sign at drive thru says closed Saturday and Sunday. Why? They would get good business at these times but it feels like it's always closed.
