There's a sign at the register for a free chicken sandwich if the cashier does not offer you to try it. I think our cashier was an assistant manager. He didn't make the offer, but when he stepped away and a new cashier took over, she did to the next person in line. That's when I approached her about him neglecting to make the offer to my party. What annoyed me, was she went back to the assistant manager and asked him did he forget to make the offer, to which he said yes. I just told you that, so why do you need to go to him?! Anyway, we already had a large order, so the free chicken sandwich was just on principle. That chicken sandwich added an additional 20 minutes wait since we already had our food we ordered. There was another man waiting at least 15 minutes for a soda they forgot to include in his order. The actual manager was working the line. I would have appreciated, as I'm sure others who were waiting for what was supposed to be 'fast food', if he had stepped away from the line to expedite staff into following through on orders already placed.

The food I received in the drive through was good. However, I had asked for salt, extra butter, and catchup when placing my order. At the window I reiterated my request and the person at the window became grumpy due to my request.. Before leaving the parking lot we determined they did not provide the requested condiments. I pulled in a spot and went to the counter. I found it interesting no one was managing the counter and the four people working the stations made eye contact but would not acknowledge my presents or ask me for an order. After two or three minutes one of them came out from behind the counter to do something and continued to ignore me. When I spoke up in a loud voice asking for service the person behind the counter, that appeared to be waiting for the next drive through order, told me I needed to be patient. She then started spouting off something about only having two people to work the counter. Aka she was obviously one of the two and had no concern of my presents. I was waring a mask and standing on one of the social distancing stickers on the floor. It was very clear both the drive through window person and the front count ladies were having a bad day. It is possible they are having a staffing problem. I will help to lighten the demand on their work load by not visiting this location in the future. Hope you have better service.

The last 2 times I went (within a week of each other) I had issues. 1st time 1/3 of my Quarter Pounder was raw and my drink was unsweetened instead of sweet. Today, my fries were medium (paid for large) and wrong drink again.

Much improvement at this location lately. Last few visits, nothing wrong with the orders. Food was warm. Drinks were done correctly, especially the caramel frappe.

Fast and friendly mcdonalds. 5 star service 3 star food(no offense mcds)
