Carolyn Tester couldn't have been nicer. I was married for decades and taxes are a mystery to me. She took so much time explaining everything and was so kind and patient. I left the appointment thanking God for people like her who go out of their way for others. Whatever you're paying Carolyn give her a raise!!!

Elizabeth is amazing at what she does. She has been doing our taxes for the last 6 yrs. She also finds time during your appointment to get to know you. She dont treat you like a client doing your taxes. She treats you like family that you havent seen in a while. She is awesome. Elizabeth will always be my go to for taxes and questions. Thank you Elizabeth for being there for my family and helping us understand our taxes.

Absolutely great spokesperson for Jackson Hewitt ask me all the right questions answered all my questions and she treated me professionally the best experience I've had a Jackson Hewitt since I've been there so I would say give her a raise and a pat on the back absolutely great great personal
