ALCOLOCK Ignition Interlock

Do not go here! The technician broke my steering column and underneath panel! Also they told me they could communicate with the state my dui is from and they lied so I sat thru hours of install and money spent to find out they lied and had to wait for him to uninstall it! Go to smart start stay away from this company

Technician is GREAT! The call center is a joke, especially if I call on the weekend, VERY VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

The guy installing it was really nice and helpful. But building was hid

The service technician in Hendersonville is great. He’s fast and he knows his stuff. You can’t call him though. You have to go through some sort of call center that is AWFUL. The woman who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. You can’t even speak to a person at first. You have to wait for a call back. They may call you back and they may not. It’s outrageous. Appointments are almost impossible to schedule. You have a choice in interlock providers. DONT CHOOSE THIS ONE!
