If you're EVER in need of an amazing mechanic who is honest and upfront about what services your vehicle needs, has great prices and fast reliable service go see Chris Beck at Quick Lane. He is wonderful! Courteous service regarding getting you checked in and settled into the really nice waiting area, you'll see a gentleman named Daniel. Hes always ready to help get you checked in and settled while the technicians get your car to service it. There are always floorboard and seat protectors placed on the drivers seat so that your car can be moved without worry of getting dirt or grease in your vehicle, and they are removed when your service is completed prior to you getting your keys back. I know I've only named two people who work here but please know that they are part of an amazing TEAM, all of which are capable and ready to help. You wont regret any visit you have to make here. BUT when you go, tell them Kim sent you!

Great team, fast and quality service.

The service was much slower than normal, perhaps due to the number of customers wanting or needing their vehicles serviced. The waiting area was very dirty, which it has not been in the past. This tool may be due to the number of customers passing through the facility. The management personnel were very courteous, but the housekeeping reflected poorly on the facility. Plus, there was a puppy that had free reign to the waiting area, which could be a safety issue if it caused someone to trip or fall.
