The work they did was fine, no complaints.nCommunication is horrible. I had to call multiple times over several days to get them to call me back. And they began working on my car without even calling me to give me an estimate, which in my book is a big issue.nThey had my car for about 3-4 weeks to get the work done.

I own a Volvo that I purchased from Hunter Automotive Group. After several months of use, I got a scratch on my trunk as well as on my wheel well. I live in downtown Asheville and thought about going to another collision shop but decided against it and here is why. These guys are not only professional and courteous, they do GOOD work at fair prices. And on top of that, they are attached to the dealership which means you get perks. They arrange for transportation and you know your car is in good hands because of their great reputation. Good news, they are moving closer to Asheville - by the airport - in about a year. I worked with Brandon. He was fabulous!
