General Auto Repair & Tire

Brett and Jeff, along with the entire staff are incredibly well-trained, extraordinarily knowledgeable, curteous, detailed, and ALWAYS go far above and beyond for their clientele. I moved to Tennessee and make the 5+ hr drive because I trust them so greatly! Cannot recommend General Auto highly enough.

It's not the cheapest place to have work done, but it is the best in the area in my own experience. They know me by name, and know my cars well. The mechanics are top-notch, the customer service is consistently stellar, and the pricing is fair, although not inexpensive. I take all 3 of our vehicles there for things I can't (or don't want to) do myself.

My husband and I have been going to General Auto for over 10 years. They fix your vehicle and guarantee their work. They do not over sell things you don't need and make sure you are good to go and have a safe ride. I can't speak highly enough of this shop. They are always kind and helpful and down to earth. Bryon and Jeff go the extra mile to help diagnose your problem.

Took my truck there for new tires back in 2018 and everything went well. Other than adjustment with the wheel alignment which they/Bryon took care of. But when I took my truck back after 35k on a 70k mile warranty I have no assistance. I had to take my truck there twice to see if the tread was low enough for warranty. The tires were wearing badly. They took the info down and did not return back me with update. I called back after 1 month and Jeff said he would call me back the next day. Still nothing. I guess you buy $1,000 worth of tires and hope for the best.

Without going into a lot of detail, just know that this business is on the up and up. They are friendly and honestly concerned about you and your car!!!! Thank you everyone for what you did for me. I was overwhelmed, in a good way, to the point of tears. Blessings!
