I didn’t personally do business with them, my 89 year old grandmother did. The Toyota dealership tried to swindle her out of $3k by saying she had an oil leak. While she is in good health, she is making end of life arrangements and wants to leave this car to my brother. We brought it there one day and they didn’t see anything, but cleaned up the general area of the leak and told her to come back after having put 250 mi on it. When we came back weeks later they told her there was no leak. This had been weighing heavily on my grandmother and she was very overcome with relief and happiness when they told her this. And then they charged her nothing. The staff had to convince my grandmother that she owed them nothing and she became very emotional. They were incredibly professional and patient with my grandmother who can be a bit of handful. I do my own car work, but you can bet I’ll bring my car there from Greensboro if I ever need work done that I’m incapable of doing. Most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with and the way they treated my grandmother throughout this ordeal certainly made an impression on me. Also, cool cats to play with.

Went to Jeff for a power steering problem. He did some other work and told us that the power steering had a minor leak but could wait. 2 days later the PS pump went out and we had to have the car towed back to his shop. I understand things happen but after spending over 600.00 at his shop he then tells us he can’t fix the problem at all. He doesn’t have time. We then had to have it towed to the dealership. I honestly feel Jeff is nearing his retirement and just doesn’t care much about his customers like he used to. When you call the shop they aren’t helpful either.
