I had a problem with my stand-by generator and everyone I called was either way too busy or not accepting new customers. Generac hooked me up with TSD Electric and they came out to my house more than once trying to get me up and running at no charge. Estimated repair costs were starting to cross that line where buying/upgrading was more cost effective but no one I called had anything in stock and the wait time was mid January just to get one. Not even Generac could do better timewise. Here is where TSD ELECTRIC got their 5 stars ! They had a new model in stock and they DELIVERED AND INSTALLED it within twenty-four hours. Quality work, competitive pricing, and responsive Thats pretty much unheard of these days and I'll sleep better knowing that my lights wont go out for more than a flicker.

Great communication, prices and work. TSD handled all aspects of the project and communicated clearly along the way. Workers were professional and went over and above with calls before arrival and keeping the work-site clean. Would definitely recommend and use for other electrical projects.
Yanni and his team were professional and did excellent work. The workers who did the installation of our generator did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in installing a generator.
Ionnnis and his team were awesome. Very friendly, very professional, and very focused. Install went without issue. Generator kicked in without issue when we lost power this spring just as the COVID virus shut down all of Massachusetts. Having the back up generator, and Iaonnis' team backing it if necessary really has given my family some comfort during these trying times. I would recommend them without any hesitation. I have dealt with hundreds contractors during both my professional career as well as in building some houses, andTSD is top notch
