I reserved a u-haul at this business and confirmed over the phone get here Saturday morning to pick it up and he gave it away to someone who came from a different location instead of us when we had it reserved and they didn’t for this location plus he opens at “9” but didn’t show up until 940nUPDATE UHaul offers a 50 truck reservation guarantee that comes from the supplier if the truck is given away customer service gave me the 50 in my bank account and this clown refused the transaction so I have to continue to fight for my reservation guarantee back please use someone else and don’t waste your time here
