The manager was amazing! He checked my battery and alternator. He said it was the battery so I got it and no more problems! He was nice and friendly and his associate.

started out at advance auto (its the closest to me). With no other customers, was ignored. Then went to O'Reilly's, next closest. No employee wore a mask, walked out. Next was auto zone. What a difference. All employees wore a mask, was greeted immediately, helped immediately, i thoughtni needed a new battery. Got the charging system checked, battery checked and told they both checked out and to drive it for another day or two and come back if battery failed. The technician didn't want to sell me a new battery unless I really needed it. That was a breath of fresh air.

Today I went to Auto Zone in Louisburg by McDonalds etc. Soon as my mom,grandma, and I get out the car this lady walks out the store yelling “you need to have a mask on” “you hear me” “you can’t go in without a mask”. we were getting our masks and she still was yelling. We walk in the store there’s already a white lady no mask . I’m sure she didn’t say anything to her I say that because a white male walked in after us he also did NOT have a mask on. So we asked for her name which is Courtney not sure if I spelt it right. She proceeds to follow us outside asking “what did I do?” claims she told us because just put a sign up but, regardless we were going to have a mask on. If she could’ve asked us do we have a mask she could’ve asked them too.
