The two girls outside taking orders are SO DISRESPECTFUL!! They pulled their masks down below their chins when they came up to all the windows, blatantly made fun of/called out customers for not choosing the smaller lane (there was a car in the way so it was impossible to get into), and they were loudly romping around having a blast while we tried to get their attention to take our order.

Went in to the place order,because drive-thru was almost out to road it was only 11:10am.They got part of drinks wrong. Didn't give us cookies we ordered for grandchildren. Had to go back in again. Grandchildren enjoyed their nuggets but they even were disappointed in how long it took. They said that next time let's go to Wendy's or burger King.

We got our drinks, and were told to move to the mobile order parking spot and they'd bring the rest out. The sweet, young girl bringing out our order was so kind and apologetic when she had to return 3 times to the kitchen for messed up parts of the order. 4 chicken nuggets in a boxes labeled 6, plain chicken sandwich instead of spicy and water instead of Sprite. I give the kitchen a 3 stars but the girl running the food was so awesome, it completely made up for the kitchen. Wish I knew her name, young african american girl with a red mask! Give that girl a raise!

This is absolutely the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is ridiculously rude and they cannot get an order right to save there life. The food quality is so bad, sometimes burgers will be hours old. Fries old. And also disgusting attitudes from the employees.

Milk shake machine is always broken???? Hahahahaha!!! I know that trick better than anyone. That’s what you say when the manager is gone and you don’t feel like making a milkshake. “Our milkshake machine is down”nIt’s your lie, McDonald’s employees, tell it like you want to.
