Very friendly helpful staff
Called them and asked them to put 2 New Years glasses on hold. They said yes and took my name. Then I called back later that day while I was on my way to get them and they said they gave them away. Why? At least don’t lie to me and say you could hold them in the first place.
I'm one of those online shoppers but today I walked in to a Party City with my grandson and the expression on his face was priceless. Was good to browse through all the aisle.
they lied to me on the phone saying they had white cowboy hats. i got into my car, drove 15 mins, arrived to the store with no welcome and NO HATS. they in fact have something called a “gangster” hat, and that isn’t what i was looking for. they ruined my day. i will never visit this store again, you have lost a customer.
