My first encounter with them I ordered product labels and they changed the size and lay out of the label without explanation. However once completed the labels did look very nice so I stuck with them.nnA few months later, I ordered a banner. they printed the wrong logo on the banner so it had to be redone and I did not have it for the first day of an event In which I was participating .nnMore recently when I reordered product labels for my small business, they didn't get the quantity correct. When I discovered my most recent order was 324 labels short I was told it's because I order my labels differently than other customers (so it's my fault?) Even though they confirmed the final quantity with me in writing via email one day prior to pickup.
Professional Printing at its best, they guided me through placing my order quickly and efficiently.nEven had it ready a day early!nHighly recommend!
I have been using Printmaster for many years.I use their services for my Company and family.I have placed many orders from Buisness cards, apparel to receipts for our office, quality of work and attention to my needs have always been positive.I would recommend Printmaster to anyone who needs honest, dependable quality work done.
Had to get 120 labels printed as soon as possible and I was extremely satisfied with how quickly they got them done (within less than a day) and the quality of the labels. Will be returning if I need more labels printed.
