Went dress shopping yesterday for my daughter's wedding dress at David's Bridal in Westwood. Could not have asked for a better experience. They were helpful and attentive. Even though my daughter knew what dress she wanted when she went in, they took the time to make sure she was happy. She bought the perfect dress for her and scheduled an appointment for her first fitting. Even during these crazy times, they made us feel safe and comfortable. A huge shout out to Kelly who was assisting my daughter and also to Celeste who does the alterations. Without the two of them, we might not have known if the dress was the right choice or not. Thank you, again, for all of your help!

I was blown away by the customer service and kindness I experienced. My bridal consultant Meghan was just lovely and the store manager, Vicky and other sales staff jumped into be supportive. It’s not easy with wearing Masks but these ladies made it so much fun. It’s clear they love what they do. We are going back tomorrow for the brides maids dresses and what was something I was stressed about is now something I’m excited for. This is my second wedding so I know all about planning a wedding. Save yourself a huge headache and visit this amazing group of women. 5 stars and I’d give 10 if it were an option!!

I had a great experience working with Debra to find my wedding dress and dresses for my entire bridal party! She really understood what I wanted right off the bat and by the fourth dress I tried on I new I found the one! My bridesmaids and flower girl were also able to find dresses they all loved and enjoyed wearing. 1000% recommend this David’s Bridal Location and Debra!

My experience at David's bridal was nothing short of amazing! Christina L. was extremely helpful and attentive. I walked into the store completely clueless and with Christina’s help, found THE dress in less than 30 minutes! Above all, Christina carefully listened to my concerns and had several helpful suggestions. She even took the time to find more accessories and an alterations specialist while I was in the changing room. My experience at David’s Bridal is easily one of the best parts of my wedding preparation. Thank you to all store members and especially to Christina!

Friendly staff, clean, and organized. Everyone was masked, and actively enforcing and reminding about social distancing and other health/safety protocol. The consultant who checked me into the store and checked me out of the store was Jodi M. She was great! And the consultant who helped me with finding the dress and the fitting was Esther L. She was wonderful! Two thumbs up for Westwood MA location!
