The product i ordered from them online arrived damaged. Tried 2 different times to contact customer service and never received a response. Thankfully it wasn't a big ticket item, just some $40 duty gear. I would be hesitant to ever order here again knowing that I have no recourse since there is apparently nobody to reply to customer service inquiries.

AT has a very big supply of LE gear. They carry 5.11 gear at normal prices. Limited but good quality firearms as well as Sig ammo and optics. Well kept, low key store with good parking and easy access to/from 95.

Jenn is incompetent. I called the store to see if a particular firearm was available and if I was qualified to purchase it. I explained to her what I did for work and what licenses I currently hold. She told me I was good to go so I made the hour plus drive to the store with all my IDs and licenses. When I got there Jenn told me she was unable to sell me the firearm due MA law and the stores policies. The exact opposite of what she told me over the phone. I left empty handed and upset that she wasted so much of my time. Would not recommend

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order with them multiple times and they either sent the complete wrong item and tried to claim it was my fault. Save your emails so you can prove it’s their fault and make sure you get an order number because they have a habit if losing your order or just not placing it.
