Firestone Complete Auto Care

So I just called about doing some aftermarket work on my new truck and was told they won't do the work. However, last yr with my old truck at a different location they were willing to and did. The local rep here in NC told me to go back to MA and get the work done. I guess seeing how rude they are here i will no longer be a life time valued customer of Firestone and cancel all my maintenance services. If anyone can suggest a place it would be appreciated. Thank you

Let's see how it goes,made appointment 3 days in advance for 9:00 am. I showed up around 8:30. Got checked in roughly 8 minutes in, had a decent list of services needed, firestone should be happy because I would estimate my spending here today between 400-600 dollars. Stay tuned......

They are awesome I had a time request to have kt ready by 4 they were up front that may not be able to but as soon as pulled they taking the Durango off the alignment

This place is a lie. Only thing I can say about them are they are nice occasionally. They try to make you buy other things on top of what your getting saying you need it when you dont. We were suppose get a free oil change because of our spending of 1000 and more on my husband's truck and my car...they told us we have a free oil change then went up there month later they pretended like they had no idea and made us pay anyways. I just don't trust this place. I feel no reliability.
