The Factory is one of my favorite Lexington restaurants. Their waffles are my favorite for breakfast or lunch, plus they have lunch specials each day that are traditional lunch fare. My favorite waffle is the Serenity. They also have a fabulous selection of drinks, frappes, lattes, etc including several original recipes. They will make any drink without coffee which is awesome for kids or the minority of us adults who don’t drink coffe/caffeine. They really are worth a visit. I’ve probably been 10-15 times!
Got an iced coffee with a shot of espresso. Flavor was great and the coffee itself was strong. My girlfriend got a chocolate frappe and it was delicious! Havent tried the food yet but will for sure be back to try it for lunch!nnThe inside looks amazing and has been freshly renovated. Really cozy and a great place to relax and read a book, do some homework, or just hangout. Great to see places like this popping up in Lexington!
One of the best waffles around! Great selection and atmosphere! Highly recommended for everyone.
This was my 1st time and the waffles are great! And the Frappuccino was one of the best I have ever had!
