They always do a good job. Had my tires rotated, oil and filters changed. They usually send out emails and mailers with coupons so that's a bonus. 10/10 would use again

Soooo..I went to replace a bulb on my SUV here because it is close to my work. It took 3 fellas to attempt to take off the tail light cover. No one could get it off, after 15 mins they called to get help, no success after being there for another 15 mins. Dont get me wrong the workers were determined and professional and I get that everyone need to learn but I think Valvoline need to have staff there who can access any vehicle. It's the reason they can take all make and model cars for all services they provide. Get this I went to my orginal repair shop and i was in and out in 12mins. I wont return until staff are fully trained.
