Came to get a diagnosis on my 2015 Kia Forte per the signal lights assuming an issue. Everything checked out fine, except for my bad battery. Thankfully Kareem pointed me in the right direction for several battery options, from least expensive to most also explaining in detail the difference between each. I didn’t feel any pressure in making my decision nor with how long it took me too! He was patient, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Ask for Kareem on your next visit!!

Usually I experience excellent service at this AutoZone. Everyone is usually very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to buy bulbs for my blinker and brake light. I asked the employee if he could help me figure out if my brake light was out to begin with. He responded with “whachu mean?” He also stated that the fast blinking turn signal was wiring and not the bulb. I explained that in my experience that usually indicated that the bulb was about to burn out and I would like to go ahead and change it. He found the items. I paid for them. I then asked if he could help me in changing them. He replied with “we don’t do that.” Since when? Last time I was here (a couple of months ago) an employee changed a light IN THE RAIN for me, even after I said it really wasn’t necessary. Every employee has always been willing to assist me. Has some policy changed? There’s no new sign up stating a new policy. I think this employee was rude and lazy. I won’t be back.

Thanks to AutoZone on N. Main St., again! Omarr helped find the battery I needed and recommended that the only one they had might be a high price. I took some time to look around and found nothing better so I went back in to purchase the one they had. Many thanks to him and Kareem for removing the old battery and replacing with the new one quickly. Always great service from this store!
