Geico recommended them so I gave them a try. Overall not a bad experience, took a little longer to get my car back then originally stated, but I do understand shipping can be held up in these situations. The work done was pretty good, no complaints from me, my only complaint would be that the older lady working the front desk seemed lost every time I spoke to her, almost like it was her first day on the job every time I spoke to her. At one point I called to check up on my car and told her I dropped it off a week ago and said the year/model, her reply back was, “your car is here?”, yes my car is there, I wouldn’t have been calling asking about if it wasn’t there. The other lady that worked at the front desk was very helpful, just the older one seemed completely lost.

When anyone goes to a body shop, it’s usually not because of something good. Harb’s took a bad experience and made it so simple to fix, they were easy to work with and were knowledgeable about our insurance. Todd was the estimator for our vehicle and was pleasant and honest. And to top it all off, our vehicle looks great! If you ever need body work, I highly recommend Harbs. This is our second time working with them and they have yet to disappoint!

They do great work at reasonable prices. I have used them a couple of times and have always been happy with their work.

A few weeks ago I hit a deer and it caused a good bit of damage. Harb’s took great care of my care and fixed it as good as new. They kept us updated during the whole process which put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend!!!
