I made an appointment for servicenand I explained with details to the only lady that works there, oil change, sticker, and two tires needed to be fixed, I explained to the lady that the rear tire had a nail and the front tire I couldn't find anything but I bought a tire sensor needed to be installed just in case... after 50 minutes she came out and told me everything was fine I asked her if they fix the tires she told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tires when I went outside and took a picture of the tirenthe nail was still in the tire that's when I went inside and I talked to the lady and she didn't want to talk to me so I talked to the supervisor I explained the problem he offered me to fix it then I say why now when the car is being more than 50 minutes and your shop so I made an appointment at Sears in Brockton they fix the problem they found two nails one in each tired, I don't understand why the dealer overlooked the problem is not safe I could have had an accident that's why I'm giving you one ud83cudf1fnand for everybody else out there they are charging too much money there are cheaper places for the same jobs and better....

Made an appointment to see a car at 9:00 on a Monday. Arrived to find that no one had made the appointment and the car I had wanted to see had been sold. Definitely not wasting anymore time with Boch.
