I worked with Esmael to get my Audi RS7. Excellent transaction. I've bought many cars before and this is probably one of the best experiences and smoothest. Both Esmael and Chris, sales manager were in constant contact and quickly responded to my questions via email or text. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.nnHighly recommended and when I'm ready to move up to a Ferrari (hopefully soon!) I'll be shopping with them first.
This was the best experience I have ever had. Esmael was informative about my options and very helpful throughout the whole process. Was very thorough during the test drive. Esmael also helped me configure my car before I drove it off the lot. I would recommend Ferrari-Maserati of New England and if you can pick a sales person I would select Esmael.
