I went for service as it was time, I asked the intake cashier if there was any coupons available, rather than offering - he said I would have to look on line. As the car was being serviced, I searched and found Boch Nissan Norwood coupon. $15.00 was deducted.nHowever he also told us me we needed new tires, as 2 definitely 2 very soon are worn.nWe purchased the car from Boch last year ( CERTIFIED USED) with 24,276 miles the car now has 51,436. My take away - be sure to get brand new tires on a used car! What a racket!

Recommended maintenance I didn't need and immediately backed down when I declined it. They charge 3% to use a credit card, which is an absurd thing to do when regularly charging for things that cost over $1000. Communication was decent but I felt the maintenance rep was more interested in having my believe he cared about me than actually caring about me. I will also never buy another Nissan.
