If you go to Jack Madden Ford in Norwood mass ask for Lorenzo Fitzgerald. I bought a Ford F150 that had a bit of technology and Lorenzo spent well over two hours going through every aspect of the vehicle. During my work career, I managed a lot of sales and service people and this gentleman did an outstanding job. No pressure, low key style, but his product knowledge was exceptional .
