I had a great experience at Cadillac of Norwood. I met Mike the owner of the dealership in the parking lot and could tell from the second I started talking to him that he cares about both his employees and customers. He actually took the time to show me a vehicle and then once I knew what I wanted, he turned me over to Maryanne who completed my deal. It was a truly great experience and I would strongly recommend Cadillac of Norwood to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Cadillac.
Just purchased a vehicle this past week (Sep 2020) and service was great. The staff was welcoming and made the experience an easy one. Carla and Steve were attentive, easy to negotiate with, and I would say it was the easiest car buying experience I have had in a long while.
Great place to buy a car from, this is my second car here sales department is wonderful, service is top notch. Schedule an appointment go in and have a loaner car waiting for you. Loaner manager is great as well
My experience with the staff of Cadillac Norwood was phenomenal. The representative Mary Ann alongside supervisor Steve assisted me above and beyond to receive my newly purchased vehicle.
