There should be more than 5-Stars available for companies like CarSmart.nWhen my daughter’s parked car was hit and run in a mall parking lot, we chose CarSmart to do the repairs based on their excellent reputation in the community, local ownership and reviews. They quickly put us at ease by explaining the process, assessing the damage, handling everything with our insurance company and getting the work scheduled.nThe professional and friendly service from every member of their staff was reassuring. As expected, the work and paint took several days to complete. They kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and completed the work ahead of schedule.nTheir work was absolutely flawless! They returned the car in showroom condition (inside and out.....better than they received it). We could not be more pleased.nI don’t review many companies, but had to share the experience I had with CarSmart. Upon arrival for my estimate i was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff, The entire team was available to help me. The front office explained the estimate, time frame, repair and billing process to me.nLater when I dropped off the car they updated me again and advised me of the time frame necessary to complete all of the the work.nWhile the car was in the shop I received email updates on the progress.nSomehow they finished three days earlier than I expected.nTheir work was flawless and complete. In addition, they cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. Quite a surprise!nI am thoroughly pleased with the total experience.nGreat work done by great people. A top rate automobile facility.

My daughter’s car was towed to carstar car smart, I’m 2 hours away from there. They kept me informed through the whole process of her car being repaired. I received 3 texts a week and when I called with questions, they answered them! Car looks great! Highly recommend! They even got the car done sooner than expected!

Great Body Shop, Great Customer Service.nnDue to a deer committing suicide by leaping in front of my Tahoe, I was forced to take her into the body shop. While she took the deer in the teeth like a champ, there was significant damage ($6k), but she was able to drive to the body shop without a limp. A week and a few days later she looks as good as she did rolling off the lot.nnThe deer picked the perfect time to leap in front of our vehicle, since we were in the middle of a move across town. Using our vehicle for said move, as well as the move in general and then the deer, I was not keeping the interior or exterior as clean as I typically do. When I picked up my car, the interior was completely vacuumed, and cleaned. I expected the exterior to be washed but not the interior, great job ud83dudc4fud83dudc4f

110% satisfied with the work of CARSTAR! The body work was excellent! Team even took the time to identify parts to help the car run better and longer. Most importantly...the customer service...they gave us constant status updates. When they said the car was ready...it was ready with documents on what they did and the keys sanitized and ready to go!
