I cannot say enough about Brown's. When I first moved to the area, I was stressed about finding a reliable place to have car work done. Brown's was the first place I tried and I haven't looked back . Even though I work 45 min away, I still rearrange my schedule so that I can get my oil changes done there. Tonnika is caring and extremely honest. She has gotten me out of a few sticky spots at the last minute and goes out of her way to charge fair prices. I have no reservations and will continue to use Brown's as long as I am in the area.

Highly recommend Brown's! They are honest, professional, hard-working, and I appreciate that they always search for the best price for parts. Tonnika is an automotive genius and has a great staff. She and Bill are friendly, eager to help, and they take great care of their customers.

I’ve had my share of in-the-moment car issues and have just showed up at Browns, requesting help. They’ve always come through, including a dose of kindness and welcome. My go-to folks…nI am adding to my review above and saying how much I appreciate the innovation of Brown’s coming to my house to pick up my car and then returning it after the work has been done. This is such a gift in the time of COVID-19! I am very grateful.

I absolutely love using Brown’s. I don’t take our cars anywhere else. They are quick and efficient. If they can’t get to it that day they will within 24-48 hours which is so nice when you need a car for everyday life. They are dependable and trustworthy. I haven’t ever had any issues with billing or buying things I didn’t need. They are very straightforward and upfront about everything so you don’t end up with a surprise at the end. It’s nice having that small town feel with them. I have oil changes, inspections as well as all major repairs.
