Chapel Hill Tire regularly maintains my Honda CR-V with over 90k miles. They picked up and delivered my car in one day after performing a long list of maintenance items I had put off. Finding an automotive shop you can trust is hard in any city. While visiting this area I had an unexpected breakdown. I took my car in and Spencer assisted me in getting my car back on the road. Typically I work on my vehicles however being away from home and with no tools of my own I has to rely on Spencer and his team to get me back on the road quickly and safely. Spencer wasted no time in greeting me, explaining the diagnostic process, fees and cost associated with the repairs. He promptly followed up to let me know how the diagnosis was coming along and when his team had figured out my issue he provided me with an extremely fair estimate along with other maintenance recommendations in order or priority, items that needed to addressed as soon as possible and items that could wait but wanted to bring to my attention because they will be do soon. I approved the repairs plus a few recommendations he had for me. Again knowing my car and usually working on them myself I knew that what he had told me was exactly what I needed. His honesty was much appreciated. I believe he a true asset to this establishment and a true service advisor and consultant. Spencer kept me informed thought out the entire time the vehicle was in the shop and once completed his estimate was exactly to the penny. No surprises here. I picked up my car and drove 800 Miles back home. The next day he even followed up with me to make sure I got home safe and I was satisfied with the work. I certainly was. Took our 2 autos in sequentially for annual safety inspections which they passed. Both inspections were completed rapidly and expertly. Two maintenance actions not affecting the safety inspection rating were recommended on our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder which I agreed to have done by Chapel Hill Tire & Auto. Both actions were completed expeditiously while we waited and at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied customers who will have more periodic inspections and maintenance work done by them in the future.

Lost pressure in tire and approached Chapel Hill tire service office. Setup pickup delivery date. A few days later service team arrived & took vehicle away for service. Got a text that mid afternoon detailing service job w photos. Also the tech performed 50 item safety check. Vehicle returned shortly thereafter.nFrom start to finish this business exemplary operation. Thoroughly impressed by Chapel Hill tire.
