Worst experience. I really wanted to support local company and give them a chance. It has been mistakes after mistakes and huge inconveniences again and again. I'm not treated like I matter . Not user friendly in any way. I am never recommending Zions to anyone again. I thought I was switching to something better but it was worse than where I came from . I've probably wasted about 5 unecessary hours of my time and had a few fees because of employee mistakes. Now I'm wasting way more time to switch to something better and move all my business and personal accounts away.
Drive thru says its open from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays but there not open this is twice now I've tried to come here on a Saturday and they haven't been open like they say. They need to update there website if there not going to be open on Saturday!! 😡😡
I have banked with this branch for 23 years now. I actually live in Taylorsville just blocks from another branch and drive to the Murray branch to bank. I have never experienced the issues mentioned in other reviews.
Miranda is a great example of what any employer would want. Always helpful and quick at what she does.
Miranda along with the rest of the team have always been great. Its often busy, but they do an awesome job accommodatingg until youve been helped.
