Food is decent for a Pizza Hut and delivery is quick where I'm currently located, but I paid for additional condiments and did not receive them with my order. The money isn't the issue (it is annoying though); it was stuff that was a part of the food I wanted to eat.nnedited to add: I'm just a bit cranky because this is 3rd time my order has been screwed up at various fast food places in the past couple of weeks.nn4/1/21 update - I'm bumping this up to 4 stars. A person from the store contacted me the same day about my petty issue and I appreciate that customer service.

So, all I can say is Wow! The chicken wings looked great, the pizza looked awesome. For the cook who cooked my pizza, it was off the chain. The delivery was fast. I really enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you!!

I ordered pizza for my family at approx. 9pm on Oct. 12, 2020. Although I live less than 4 blocks from the Leicester store, my order took until 9:50 to arrive instead of the 15 minutes the tracker stated. I am used to deliveries being late, however not only was it late, but it was cold to the touch. Upon inspecting the box I noticed that all of the seals save one were torn open. I promptly took a picture and RE-OPENED the box to find the contents smashed with half of the pizza toppings dumped off. I called the store five times before I got an answer. A female picked up and did not respond for about 15 seconds. When she finally said hello I advised her of the situation. She said I will transfer you to a manager and before I could reply she sent me to another number that rang and then went busy. Upon calling back the automated system advised me that the store is now closed. As my wife works 3rd shift and I left my keys in her car, now my kids and I will have to go hungry. This is unacceptable. I expect this to be made right or this will be the last time I order from Pizza [email protected]

I had trouble with other pizza places around I definatly reccamend this place good food great service dylan was very nice he did my order very quick no problems definatly getting 5 stars

They always do a great job everytime I come. It's downpour of snow tonight, and we needed a place to go for food. They were calm, and very friendly and got our food out fast. I feel bad because the person behind us was honking and honking. Probably stressing over the road conditions. They'll always deserve a 5 star, if I could give them more I would. ud83dudc96
