I called to make a copy of my car key! The number i called had 3 options and the third option was to make a copy of a car key! When i pressed that it transfered me to a customer service that only finds a locksmith to unlock your car and does not help you get a copy of your key! The customer service i received was the most unprofessionally rude and disrespectful service i have ever had!!! They hung up on me mid sentence the first time i called when i asked how i could get a copy made!!!! Then i called back to see why there was a problem considering i selected the correct response and was asking how i could find the help i need and they were rude.. Again... And hung up on me... Again!!!!! How is any customer of yours suppose to find any help from service like that!!! It is completely unprofessional!! I will never use your service and will tell others not to as well!!
Tried to call them. They ask my zip code then just hang up. Tried multiple times. Just use your local lock smith. Don’t deal with this bs
