Al did a great job on my hair, which hadn’t had any attention for quite a while (covid and all that). Friendly, not overly talkative, and could tell that he genuinely wanted to do a good job. 10/10 would recommend.
Al has cut me and my son's hair many times.He always does an excellent job !!! Go there you won't regret it.
Old fashioned barber shop with gents who know how to cut hair. Bring cash, they don't take anything else. But you can hardly beat a $15 men's cut.
Been going here since I moved to Asheville over 12 years. Great service from any barber you get. Prices are reasonable, and you'll neve have a long wait. ... I used to live about a mile away, but have since moved to Fairview. Yet I still return to Courtesy for my haircuts--and plan to continue doing so.
Five stars for the haircut itself, and the people are even better.nnI didn't have any cash on me so I asked where the closest ATM was before my haircut. They said not to worry about that until after because there was an empty chair. In conversation I told them I was in the military, and afterwards they wouldn't let me pay. I insisted and intended on leaving a larger than normal tip because COVID hasn't made life easy on small businesses, but they wouldn't hear any of it and thanked me for my service.
