If I could give this gym a negative stars review, I would. Their customer service is terrible.nnI have been getting mail for Andy Reed for over a year. I have marked it “return to sender”, called this location multiple times, left multiple messages for Greg(?) to return my call with no response from anyone.nnNone of these actions have worked.nnI am still getting these letters.nnI stopped by today (3/13/21) to try to resolve the matter. After asking to speak with the person responsible for billing, a man said that was him. After explaining my situation, I was immediately met with aggression by the guy on duty. He told me I needed to speak to the owner. When I told him I already tried that, he responded “I don’t know what to tell you.”nnAs loathe as I am to say this, I can’t recommend supporting this local business. A corporate business (like Gold’s Gym or the YMCA) would have resolved the issue immediately.nn****nOnce again, I have called your business with no one answering the phone.nnI have reached out many different times, through several different ways, and this issue is still not resolved!nnIt's very simple, stop sending me mail for someone that I don't know.nnIt's really that simple.

Been going here a few years now. It’s a good facility and it’s a local business here in candler. Very convenient to my apartment. Great training staff here. The equipment is a bit dated but it is maintained. I also feel that the prices are reasonable.

I love this place. They have everything you need and the best part is that they are open 24hr. Workers there are very polite and just chill! I love the rugged look of it all. Makes you feel like you’re in one of those body builder gyms ud83dudc4fud83cudffcud83dudc4fud83cudffc I’m definitely recommending this place to everyone!!

For me this gym works perfectly. It's low-key and not flashy like some of the other gyms but that's perfect! I like the fact that it's locally-owned by a small business owner and not some corporate behemoth. The gym has plenty of weights and plenty of machines and areas to do stretches and cardio and such. The staff and patrons are friendly. The 24/7 option is great so you can come anytime. I definitely recommend this gym!

WNC Barbell is a wonderful place to workout. With plenty of equipment and very spacious facility. Especially like the Hammer Strength machines and free weights. They always keep the place clean and it is a 24 hour facility which gives plenty of flexibility. I highly recommend this facility for all your workout needs
