I received an amazing massage from Sarah last week! It was the perfect blend of relaxation + targeted pain relief. I rebooked to come back and see her again in a few weeks but I'm already counting down the days.
Easily the best massage I've ever had! Sarah is very good at what she does. She was attentive, sympathetic, and demonstrated her care for me as a client. I was hesitant to book here because of the prices, but once I was on the table it was all worth it, :)
Pilates has changed my way of thought & The way I feel about strength training. I’m filled with confidence and actually like what I am beginning to see in the mirror!
