Iyengar Yoga Asheville employs the finest and most committed teachers. With open practice times, many levels of classes, and now guided practice, the teachers are constantly practicing, learning, growing and passing this on to their students. I am so much more flexible, knowledgeable, and capable. My body has stretched in ways no other yoga studio could support and the way their classes are taught i am very motivated to practice at home. We are so lucky. If you are in Asheville and need to take a yoga class, this is a great place.
If you want the best & only certified Iyengar teachers in Asheville this is your place. The teachers are inspiring, knowledgeable & very dedicated to the Iyengar tradition. The Grovewood space is light, beautiful & historic. I highly recommend. Tammy M.
I just had my first session at Iyengar and it was fantastic! Randy took the time to help me learn how to perform the poses correctly. And the location as well as the space are so nice and peaceful - a nice escape from the city. It was just one session but I'm very excited to keep things going with them!
