Asheville Ford Service

Bummed with the service already and haven’t even been there...nnMy husband has called and left two messages in hopes that someone in service would call us back. Nothing...nnI sent a message online requesting a call back...nnJust going to take our car elsewhere and not worry about working with this dealership anymore. Really really disappointed.

I've never really had a bad experience here as far as service goes. They have a shuttle service if you need to drop your car off, but it can be slow. I ended up taking an Uber last time because the shuttle was out about town. The Uber driver told me that other car service places in the area will pay for your Uber instead of having a shuttle, which sounds like a great idea. I hope the Ford place implements that so I don't have to wait around anymore.

Love my mustang but am not inclined to bring my car here. Good luck getting anything done in a timely manner.
