ABRA replaced the rear windshield and windshield wiper motor in my 2020 Jeep. So far, it’s flawless, and they even gave my dirty car a quick wash after, which was nice. My only complaint was that I made my appointment 5 days ahead of time, dropped my car off that day and was told it would probably be done within a day, then the very next day was notified the part they needed hadn’t arrived. I just wish it would have been verified that all the parts were on hand prior to drop off, because I had to keep my rental 2 days longer than planned and I’m still waiting to see if insurance will pay for those two extra days. Otherwise, thorough, very professional and friendly, and their prices were appropriate for the services provided.

I’ve used Abras services several times and they have always done a great job. Everyone is very nice and professional. They are very helpful. I appreciate being informed about every step along the way. I will continue to use them for future needs.

Had a fender bender and Matthew and his team did a quick great job for estimate to insurance. Once approved, then we scheduled and completed the work while I waited...only a couple of hours for a new bumper and taillight.nngreat job...much appreciated for the ease of this process and fix.nnBill D
