The guys were great and helped me replace the part. They went far above and beyond and saved me an expensive trip to the mechanic

Almost bought a $306 alternator I did not need because your machine that you hooked it up to said my alternator was failing. Also he didn't hook it up to my battery but, Here to the up to the negative in the pause that place where I can jump my car off from instead of directly on the battery.. Maybe why give me faulty readings bridal think so I knew it wasn't my alternator or my battery because my alarm system is what drain my battery, And I had it jumped but I wanna have a double check. Took it to your biggest competitor I who had better equipment and everything was running perfectly after a second opinion. You need new equipment, I would not tritrust your battery tester or alternator tester whatsoever.

This place was super helpful. Trevor was the friendliest, most helpful person I could have asked for. He even brought me an umbrella when I was working under the hood and it started raining! I couldn't have gotten done what I needed to without his knowledge, advice, and help. It was about a 4 hour ordeal between two days, and he helped me with any questions I had, and even came up for solutions to problems I encountered as I was repairing. He saved me at least 200 bucks by teaching me how to do it myself instead of taking it to a shop. I am super grateful for him!
