Had a very negative experience here. I have a fabulous credit score and had down payment money in hand and knew exactly what I wanted. Darby sat with myself and my friend for about 2 hours and I was fully prepared to purchase the vehicle. Despite him not being able to share any finance / maintenance information with me whatsoever until signing paperwork, I was ready to buy the car. I asked for a few moments to speak with my friend outside to decide what I was going to do and within 5 minutes Darby decided my sale wasn’t important enough to him, so he pulled the car I had been sitting waiting to purchase for 2 hours away from where I was standing and back out onto the lot. I guess I wasn’t able to decide fast enough for him. This was a huge waste of my time and I am extremely disappointed - I have NEVER experienced this level of disrespect at a car dealership before or this behavior from a “salesman”. Him pulling the car away while I was deliberating was just the final straw and doesn’t include how I was patronized and utterly undervalued as a customer. There was a huge lack of kindness and I felt there was nothing to make this personal it was strictly transactional. I walked away and didn’t get a call or any further correspondence. Do yourself a favor and go to Hunter Subaru where they’ll treat you with some level of dignity.

This is our 3rd Subaru from Prestige. We keep coming back because of Steve Bryson and his knowledge of Subaru’s, his integrity and the ease of buying he generates.

My key remote would not sound when trying to lock car. The mechanic took out book and looked and saw where I had somehow hit lock and unlock at the same time and it turned off sound. I am not mechanical savy so I was thankful and no charge. He told me to come back.
