By and large, auto parts are auto parts. You can find parts from the same manufacturers at multiple stores, and because so many stores are part of large chains, customer service isn't always what it should be.nnI had the absolute opposite experience with this store. The customer service was outstanding. Because of scheduling difficulties on my end, I did not think that I would be able to get my part on time. They went out of their way to work with me, and got me exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Of course you never want to need the services of an auto parts store, but the next time I do, I will absolutely be going back here.

The gentlemen working at the Broadway St. location were nice and extremely helpful. They helped me with a battery purchase and made my day a bit brighter after having my car not start earlier this morning. I'm beyond grateful for their help! Thank you!

Friendly staff that masked up when I entered. Oil selection was limited and prices were unmarked on the 5-gallon jugs, but they are well-stocked with parts. Would buy parts here again, but likely not oil.
